I had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment near the beach. The host, Patricia, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in Nice.

The location of the apartment was amazing, just a short walk from the beach and the Nice-Ville railway station. It was so convenient to have everything within close proximity. the apartment itself was modern and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Patricia, the host, was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, there were plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to stock up on supplies.

The building entrance and hallway could use some renovation, but once inside the apartment, it was fabulous.

Mind-blowingly close to the jaw-dropping Promenade des Anglais and the beach, this super comfy and modern apartment is a young traveler's dream come true. With all the necessary facilities, including Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and cookware, it's perfect for a city break or vacation. Not to mention, the location is just a short walk from the lively pedestrian area packed with restaurants and supermarkets. The cherry on top is the incredibly friendly and helpful host, Patricia, who made our stay absolutely fabulous.

The apartment at Carre D'Or Very Nice Appart Near The Beach was simply delightful. The tile/marble floor gave it a classy touch that made me feel like a fancy jet-setter. I instantly fell in love with the cozy kitchen, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast. And let's not forget the electric kettle, which made my mornings a breeze!

I'm a light sleeper, so the only downside was that I could hear a bit of noise from outside. But hey, that's just me.

The apartment's location is ideal, as it is conveniently close to Nice, Ville railway station. It is also just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for those looking to soak up the sun. the rooms are clean and well, equipped with everything you need, ensuring a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities are shared but are conveniently separate, making it easier for multiple guests to use. the host, Patricia, provides excellent communication and ensures a smooth check, in process.

There is a minor inconvenience of the living room sofa being worn out.

Great value for money, the room was lovely and modern with plenty of towels. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to supermarkets and food shops. The host, Patricia, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and ensure we had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
